Jim Beam Bourbon BBQ Meatloaf with Mushroom Glaze
Your mom's meatloaf just got an adult upgrade. This hearty meatloaf has a bit of tang and a bit of heat thanks to the homemade Jim Beam BBQ Sauce added to the mix.

Meatloaf
- 2 Lbs Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Pouch Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Tbsp Badia Complete Seasoning
- 1 Cup Jim Beam Bourbon BBQ Sauce See Separate Recipe
- 1 Medium Onion Finely chopped
Mushroom BBQ Glaze
- 1 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
- 1 Pkg Sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 Cup Jim Beam Bourbon BBQ Sauce See Separate Recipe
Meatloaf Base
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Place in loaf pan, make sure to press down the edges to keep juices from overflowing
Bake for 40 Minutes
Mushroom BBQ Sauce Glaze
While the meatloaf is baking Saute Mushrooms with butter or margarine into nicely browned
Do not overcook the mushrooms as they will brown more while baking with the meatloaf
Add 1/2 Cup of Jim Beam Bourbon BBQ Sauce and mix
Remove from heat and set aside
